Differential maintenance decision-making method for distribution equipment based on risk assessment
To improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of large-scale distribution equipment and reduce operation and maintenance costs, this paper proposes a differentiated maintenance decision-making method for distribution equipment based on risk assessment. Firstly, use the fault correlation matrix to calculate the impact of a single distribution equipment fault on the distribution network. Then, calculate the severity index of the consequences of power distribution equipment failures from two aspects: the losses caused by equipment failures and the impact of equipment failures on the distribution network. Secondly, utilizing real-time monitoring information from the device to calculate the real-time health index of the device overcomes the disadvantage of poor real-time health index performance. Utilize real-time health index and severity index of fault consequences to calculate the risk value of the equipment, and then obtain the relative risk value of the equipment. At the same time, based on the importance of the equipment, develop differentiated maintenance strategies for the equipment. Finally, based on the relative risk value and maintenance strategy of the equipment, a maintenance method for the equipment is formulated, and the effectiveness of the proposed model and method is verified through numerical examples.
