Optimal Design, Analysis, and Simulation of Differential Pair Operational Amplifiers Based on NPN-MOS Transistors
Differential operational amplifiers can be used for signal processing and amplification. In this paper, the differential pair of operational amplifiers based on NPN-MOS tube is studied, the circuit model is constructed, and the circuit principle and characteristics are analyzed. By using waveform contrast analysis and Fourier analysis, the performance magnification and fidelity of the operational amplifier under 1MHz signal input are analyzed, and the key performance indexes such as differential mode, common model and gain are systematically explored. The simulation results show that the optimized operational amplifier reaches the specified standards in terms of signal magnification ratio of 400, fidelity and anti-interference ability from the analysis of harmonic content below 6%, which provides a basis for its feasibility and superiority in the field of high-precision analog signal processing.
