Surface Transfer Impedance Testing and Analysis of High-Voltage Wiring Harnesses in Electric Vehicles
As the 'blood vessel' of electric vehicle energy transmission, the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) problem of high-voltage wiring harness has become increasingly prominent with the improvement of voltage level and functional density, which has become one of the key bottlenecks restricting the high-quality development of the industry. The line injection method is one of the typical measurement methods of surface transfer impedance. In this paper, the line injection method is used to test the surface transfer impedance of high-voltage wire harness, and the test results are analyzed and analyzed from the three dimensions of test system, environment and wire harness characteristics. The influence of injection line characteristics on return loss, the influence of ambient temperature on surface transfer impedance test and the influence of terminal impedance matching method on surface transfer impedance provide corresponding reference for surface transfer impedance test of high-voltage wire harness.
