Research on Online Measurement Method of Machining Error for Large Rotary Parts Based on Displacement Sensors
To enhance the precision and efficiency of coaxial cylindricality measurement for large rotary parts, and to reduce the cylindricality errors in parts that require coaxial holes during machining,a method based on displacement sensor measurement of cylindricality errors is proposed. This method enables the online measurement of cylindricality errors directly on the lathe during the part machining process, significantly mitigating the cylindricality error issues caused by tool deflection in the machining of large rotary parts, and greatly improving machining quality and production efficiency. By analyzing the cylindricality error results processed with the online measurement method, the feasibility and effectiveness of the online rapid measurement method presented in this paper are verified, demonstrating good application value and prospects.
