Office building monitoring system based on Niagara
This article relies on the Niagara N4 platform to carefully develop an intelligent monitoring system for office buildings. The system cleverly utilizes advanced controls such as Numeric Writable, Boolean Writable, Ramp, Boolean Switch, and Schedule embedded in the platform to construct a comprehensive and refined monitoring network. This network can not only simulate and accurately collect key parameters such as temperature, humidity, PM2.5 concentration, smoke concentration, and light intensity in the environment, but also intelligently regulate equipment such as air conditioning, access control systems, curtains, and hot water pumps in office buildings based on these data, achieving constant temperature and humidity in the internal environment of the building and creating a comfortable and pleasant working space for office personnel. In addition, the system also has intelligent power management functions, which can flexibly adjust the operation status of equipment according to the time of use electricity pricing strategy or the load situation in various areas of the building, effectively reduce power or off peak electricity consumption, thereby reducing overall energy consumption and achieving significant cost reduction and efficiency improvement effects.
