Optimization Method for Distribution Relay Layout in Power Distribution Systems Based on Multi-Agent Genetic Algorithm
Conventional relay layout optimization methods exhibit significant limitations in addressing the multi-tiered and multi-objective requirements of power distribution systems, making it difficult to balance the complex relationships among multiple stakeholders. To address challenges above, an improved genetic algorithm integrated with a multi-agent system, namely Multi-Agent Genetic Algorithm (MAGA) is proposed. MAGA establishes a collaborative framework comprising government, departmental, and user agents, and designs intelligent selection, crossover, and mutation operators to achieve genetic optimization configuration among the agents. Under the synergistic effect of constraint system and objective system functions, the optimal layout scheme is derived. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated through simulation experiments based on the IEEE 123-node test feeder dataset.
