Analysis of Signal Transmission Interference Elimination Technology in Ship Intelligent Communication System

In ship intelligent communication system, signal transmission interference seriously affects communication quality and navigation safety. This paper proposes an adaptive interference elimination algorithm based on improved particle swarm optimization. By dynamically adjusting the inertia weight and learning factor and introducing quantum behavior, the algorithm's ability to handle complex interference is enhanced. A ship communication system has been built based on MATLAB simulation platform, such as Gaussian white noise, multi-path interference etc. A comparison is made between traditional LMS and classical PSO algorithm. Under 10dB white noise interference, the SNR can be improved to 28.5dB, higher than LMS algorithm by 7.2dB, 4.3dB higher than classic PSO; under multipath interference, its convergence speed is 60% higher than LMS and 35% higher than classical PSO. In the test of interference with different intensities, the performance fluctuation range of the improved algorithm is less than 1.5%, while the fluctuation of the comparison algorithm exceeds 5%. Practical application cases show that the algorithm reduces the bit error rate of ship communication from 3.2% to 0.8%, effectively ensuring the reliability of data transmission and providing a new solution for ship intelligent communication anti-interference technology.
