Enhanced LADRC-Based STATCOM Control Strategy for Subsynchronous Oscillation Suppression in Direct-Drive Wind Farms
Taking into account the synchronous oscillation phenomenon of the first phase caused by the combination of a direct power plant and weak and small AC networks, a compensator was introduced for stable operation and synchronization. Based on traditional LADRC, the system control component is removed from equation of the extended state variable of the observer along the extended state line, so that only the error component of the system's input signal remains in the observation error equation. In the new state variables, a system control component of the previous period is introduced to assess and compensate for the overall perturbation. We created an equivalent model of an independent. The drive wind plant directly connects the STATCOM to the weak power network and analyzes the frequency range of the advanced LADRC controller using STATCOM. The results of the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation show that: superior in terms of deterrence, dynamic performance and anti-jamming.
