MATERNAL AND NEONATAL OUTCOME ACCORDING TO THE TYPE OF ANESTHESIA DURING CAESAREAN SECTION.

Spinal anesthesia provides better outcome regarding lower intraoperative blood loss, less postoperative pain, higher fetal Apgar score at 1st minutes, with similar haemodynamic stability. It is a better option for cesarean section anesthesia reducing morbidity and mortality from the increasingly performed operation.
