Lean manufacturing in the activities of the State Budgetary Institution “Psychoneurological Facility Solnechnaya Dolina”

The paper analyzes the results of the implementation of the lean manufacturing system in the activities of the State Budgetary Institution “Psychoneurological Boarding School Solnechnaya Dolina”. The results of the implementation of a number of projects using lean manufacturing tools on the basis of this institution are summarized, and conclusions are made on the feasibility of using this practice in the activities of social protection institutions.
