SYSTEM OF INDICATORS FOR ASSESSING FOREIGN ECONOMIC OPERATIONS AND BUSINESS PROCESSES OF HIGH-TECH ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

In the context of the global transformation of economic processes caused by rapid digitalization, there is a need to develop a comprehensive system of indicators that allow for a comprehensive assessment of foreign economic activity of business entities. Digitalization, acting as a catalyst for change, modifies traditional business processes by introducing innovative tools for data analysis, automation and optimization of international trade operations. In this context, the system of indicators for assessing foreign economic business processes should take into account not only classical parameters, such as the volume of export-import transactions, currency risks and customs costs, but also indicators reflecting the degree of integration of digital technologies, including the level of use of big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain and the Internet of things. Particular attention is paid to metrics characterizing the efficiency of digital platforms, the speed of processing cross-border transactions, cybersecurity and the adaptability of business models to the dynamics of global digital markets. An important aspect is to assess the impact of digitalization on reducing transaction costs, increasing the transparency of supply chains and minimizing time lags in foreign trade operations. In addition, the indicator system should include parameters that allow analyzing the degree of digital maturity of the enterprise, its ability to digital transformation and the level of interaction with international electronic trading platforms. The indicator system proposed by the authors is a multi-level analytical tool aimed at ensuring an objective assessment of the effectiveness of foreign economic business processes in the context of the digital economy, which contributes to the development of strategic decisions, minimizing risks and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in the global market.
