LOBBYING TECHNOLOGIES AND TYPES OF GR STRATEGIES OF VARIOUS BUSINESS ENTITIES: RUSSIAN PRACTICE AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

The key process that ensures the progressive life of society is communication, which allows people to be informed about the interests of a particular entity. In a developed state, the institutionalization of interaction between various social groups, corporations, and government agencies increases the role of lobbying as a process that ensures effective interaction and leads to beneficial changes for individual entities. However, according to scholars, there are currently several issues that generate threats and risks in the lobbying activities of companies. It is noted that at the current stage of the country’s legislation development, there is a predominance of informal connections between the government and business, a lack of media coverage of lobbying activities, and increasing risks of corruption between politicians and companies. In such circumstances, the study of lobbying and the process of building relations between business entities and government officials become increasingly relevant.
