A Deep Learning Based Model for Predicting Corporate Culture and Employee Retention Rate
With the continuous evolution of the market economy and the intensification of competition, employee turnover has become a common phenomenon in modern business operations. Corporate culture, as the core competitiveness and spiritual pillar of a company, creates a shared spiritual environment for employees by constructing unique organizational values and behavioral norms, which is crucial for attracting and retaining talent. This article provides a detailed analysis of the mechanism by which corporate culture reduces employee turnover, and explores how it can effectively reduce employee turnover rates by enhancing employees' sense of belonging, improving job satisfaction, and stimulating work enthusiasm. On this basis, in order to more accurately predict and respond to employee turnover issues, this paper proposes an innovative solution: a deep learning (DL) - based employee retention prediction model. This model integrates big data analysis technology, which can comprehensively explore various aspects of information such as employee behavior, performance, and corporate culture related indicators, thereby achieving accurate prediction of employee retention trends. The experimental results show that the model has high accuracy and stability in predicting employee retention rates, providing strong decision support for enterprises.
