Study on the Multiplier Effect of Data Elements in Green and Low-Carbon Development
With the increasing severity of global climate change, green and low-carbon development has become an important goal for economic transformation in many countries. As a new type of production factor, data is gradually playing a key role in various fields. This study focuses on the multiplier effect of data elements in promoting green and low-carbon development, exploring how data can drive green and low-carbon transformation through optimizing resource allocation, improving energy efficiency, and promoting green innovation, thereby generating multi-layered economic benefits. The paper analyzes the role mechanism of data elements in green and low-carbon development, and constructs an interactive model between data and green low-carbon development to reveal the direct and indirect effects of data elements in promoting green and low-carbon development, especially in terms of energy conservation, carbon emission reduction, and ecological environmental protection. The research shows that fully tapping into the potential of data elements can not only promote the application of green and low-carbon technologies and industrial upgrading but also provide strong support for achieving high-quality economic development in China.
