Infant Autonomic Nervous System Regulation during Breastfeeding and Bottle-feeding Assessed by Heart Rate Variability

This study examined differences in infant autonomic nervous system responses between breastfeeding and bottle-feeding using heart rate variability analysis. Results showed autonomic activation in both methods, but breastfeeding demonstrated significantly higher activation, suggesting potential support during early autonomic development.
