A Study on the City Walk Experience: the Process and Practice of Moving from User Experience to Mobile Application Interaction Design

This study is aimed at young City Walkers with some experience and aims to provide a personalized user experience design to solve the problems encountered during city walks. Through background research and user research, we extracted user needs and iterative designed an interactive prototype. The research used questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews to conduct a detailed analysis of the travel habits and needs of young people under 30 years old. The design phase included concept design, the production of low- and high-fidelity interfaces, and validation through user testing and evaluation. The results showed that our design solution could significantly improve the user experience and meet the individual needs of urban wanderers. The significance of this research lies not only in providing new ideas for personalized user experience design in the context of urban.
