DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE SOCIAL SERVICES SYSTEM: ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT STATE AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS IN RUSSIA

The relevance of the article is due to the need to adjust approaches to interaction between citizens and the state, an effective tool for which is the digital transformation of the social services system. Despite the measures taken to introduce digital solutions and services in the social sphere, Russia still lags behind more developed countries in these processes. The article presents the prospects for the development of these processes, taking into account their effects on society and the technologies used.
