AUTOMATION OF DECISION-MAKING BY BANKS ON TRANSACTIONS RELATED TO SECURING STATE CONTRACTS AND RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH AUTOMATED ANALYSIS
The study conducted in this article is devoted to the consideration of decision-making on applications from clients or potential clients of the bank with a request to issue them security within the terms and conditions stipulated by the state contract. Automated systems for making decisions on such requests, including automatic analysis systems, are considered. Scoring systems and models that allow assessing a client at the stages of applying to the bank with a request and further processing of the application up to the conclusion of the contract and the issuance of security are studied. Positive and negative factors of using automated systems, their advantages and disadvantages are considered. The parameters by which a bank can develop control points and restrictions within which the issuance of security for a specific bank is possible at an acceptable risk level are considered. A comparison of a typical approach to assessing a principal and its assessment in a scoring system is carried out.
