DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING TRAINING PROGRAMS THROUGH HCI
The article examines the organizational and methodological conditions as well as the technological specifics of designing and implementing personalized learning trajectories based on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), which is particularly relevant for continuing professional education and corporate training. Drawing on more than a decade of experience in developing and implementing proprietary courses (2013–2025), the authors present a systemic and methodological model that enables the integration of digital didactics tools, adaptive technologies, gamification elements, and interactive environments to enhance the quality of the educational process. Special attention is paid to instructional design, which incorporates the principles of modularity, flexibility, diagnostics, and situational management. The article substantiates the hypothesis that a combination of systems, situational, and cybernetic approaches is necessary to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of HCI-based programs. An overview is provided of key trends in digital didactics, including the use of learning analytics, VR/AR technologies, microlearning, as well as tools for collaborative work and artificial intelligence.
