DYNAMIC REDUNDANCY PRINCIPLES AS A TOOL FOR ENSURING CONTINUITY OF GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAINS
The article considers the problem of increasing the sustainability of global supply chains in the context of geopolitical instability and sanctions. The aim of the work is to develop a methodology for dynamic reservation of logistics routes and a multi-level control system to minimize the risks of supply disruptions. The methods used include the analysis of modern challenges in supply chain management, the synthesis of reservation principles from the IT sphere and logistics strategies, modeling of alternative supply routes, as well as an economic assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed solutions. The result of the developed methodology is a comprehensive approach to ensuring continuity of supply, including algorithms for operational switching between routes, a three-level monitoring and control system, as well as mechanisms for minimizing additional costs. The results obtained can be applied by international companies to increase the sustainability of global supply chains.
