LEGAL DILEMMAS IN THE REGULATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY
Digital economy technologies are actively penetrating all business processes and are becoming a key factor in the competitiveness of modern enterprises. At the same time, there is a need to develop legal regulation of artificial intelligence technologies in terms of their application by both business entities and related institutions. Modern machine learning models are actively being introduced into the practice of financial analysis, including the tasks of assessing the sustainability of enterprises. The purpose of the article is to identify the problems of regulating artificial intelligence technologies in the digital economy. The methodological basis of the study includes a theoretical review of digitalization concepts, formal-legal and historical-legal methods for systematizing legal norms, as well as general empirical research methods (synthesis, analysis, comparison, classification). It is shown that the problems of regulating artificial intelligence technologies are largely focused on ethical issues and issues of legal capacity. A set of the most pressing regulatory issues is identified, which can become a starting point in the development of a national and international legal framework.
