Features of rehabilitation of patients after hip restoration using the kinesitherapeutic unit «Ekzarta»

The article describes the use of the kinesitherapy unit «Ekzarta» in the rehabilitation of patients after hip arthroplasty. A comparative analysis of the dynamics of motor impairment indicators in patients undergoing rehabilitation at the Federal State Budgetary Healthcare Institution Medical and Rehabilitation Center «Sergievskie Mineralnye Vody» of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia after hip arthroplasty was conducted. It has been established that the motor activity of patients undergoing rehabilitation on the modern kinesitherapy device «Ekzarta» increases in the EG, mobility improves, in comparison with the CG. Objective. To conduct a comparative analysis of the dynamics of motor impairment indicators in patients who underwent hip arthroplasty and are undergoing rehabilitation at the Federal State Budgetary Healthcare Institution Medical and Rehabilitation Center «Sergievskie Mineralnye Vody» of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia using the kinesitherapy device «Ekzarta». Results. The results confirm the effectiveness of this device in the process of physical rehabilitation and the need for its use to increase the activity, mobility of patients and restore impaired motor functions. Conclusion. The effectiveness of rehabilitation measures in patients who underwent hip arthroplasty depends on a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach. Exercises on the kinesitherapy device «Ekzarta» make a significant contribution to the success of the restoration of motor and functional impairments.
