Financial analysis of the Indian leather industry using management efficiency ratio and two-way ANOVA
To evaluate a company's investment prospects, it is important to look at its financial success from a particular perspective. Management performance ratios compare a company's assets to its sales or profit figures, giving customers insight into the company's capabilities. The management performance of five major leather industry players is measured in this study. Stock turnover, debtor turnover, investment turnover, fixed asset turnover, and total assets turnover ratios are all taken into account when calculating companies' efficiency. From 2016 to 2020, the research was carried out. To test the hypothesis, two-way ANOVA has been used. The result suggested that the null hypothesis for all ratios between the group is rejected, but for the investment turnover ratio between the group, the null hypothesis could not be rejected. The study will be helpful for the customers and investors in their decision making and to check the soundness and efficiency of the company comparatively.
