The results of the study indicate that adequate physical facilities, such as comfortable classrooms and good lighting, increase student focus and comfort in learning. A harmonious social environment between school residents encourages active student involvement, while academic support through guidance, competitions, and a culture of discipline and literacy strengthens motivation and learning achievement. The implications of this study indicate the importance of holistic school environmental management. Improving facilities and strengthening academic culture can create an optimal learning atmosphere. However, special attention needs to be given to the gap in access to additional activities for underprivileged students. This study recommends continuous improvement in all three aspects of the environment to support student academic success. Keywords: School Environment; Learning Achievement; Qualitative Approach
