In situ growth and ionic switching behavior of single-crystalline silver iodide nanoflakes

Single-crystalline β-AgI nanoflakes are synthesized and characterized, and two-terminal devices are fabricated to evaluate the ionic switching characteristics. Samples exhibit a large electrical resistance change and memristive switching.
