Case Report of Delayed Encephalopathy From Pembrolizumab.
Pembrolizumab is an ICI that can cause encephalopathy, which is challenging to diagnose. While immune-related adverse events typically emerge soon after starting treatment, pembrolizumab-induced encephalopathy can be delayed significantly.
