Research on Development Status of Guizhou Cross-Border E-Commerce and Countermeasures

伴随我国社会经济发展，跨境电商行业呈现显著增长态势，国家政策支持有力推动了相关建设，成为其快速发展的重要动因。作为西南省份，贵州经济基础相对薄弱，但其数字化建设水平位居全国前列，以贵安新区大数据中心为代表，汇集了多家知名大数据企业，为我国大数据发展提供了有力支撑。然而，贵州跨境电商发展相对滞后，主要受地理位置、产品特性等因素制约，突出表现为物流成本高、链条长、产品利润薄等问题。尽管省、县各级政府大力扶持电商产业，但跨境电商的实际发展成效仍不理想，存在较大的提升空间。本文对贵州省跨境电商发展现状做出分析并结合实际与政策为贵州省电商发展提供理论支持和实践指引。Alongside China’s socio-economic development, the cross-border e-commerce sector has demonstrated significant growth momentum. Supportive national policies have effectively propelled its infrastructure development, serving as a key driver for its rapid expansion. As a southwestern province, Guizhou possesses a relatively weak economic foundation. However, its digital infrastructure development ranks among the top nationally, epitomized by the big data center in Gui’an New Area, which hosts numerous renowned big data enterprises and provides robust support for China’s big data advancement. Nevertheless, the development of cross-border e-commerce in Guizhou remains relatively sluggish, constrained primarily by factors such as geographical location and product characteristics. Key challenges include high logistics costs, complex supply chains, and low product profit margins. Despite vigorous support for the e-commerce industry from provincial and county-level governments, the practical outcomes in cross-border e-commerce development are still suboptimal, leaving substantial room for improvement. This paper analyzes the current state of cross-border e-commerce development in Guizhou Province and offers theoretical support and practical guidance for its e-commerce growth, integrating both practical considerations and policy frameworks.
