农村电子商务的蓬勃兴起促使传统农村产业模式朝着数字化转变，为化解“三农”问题给予了新的途径。为了促进农村电子商务的发展，围绕着促进农村电子商务发展的各项政策落地开花，为农村电子商务发展营造良好的政策氛围和市场契机，切实推动了农村电子商务的稳健持续发展。丽水市政府一直以来高度重视农村电商发展工作，借助政策扶持、基础设施完备等一系列举措推动农村电商发展，丽水农村电商也构建起了享誉全国的“丽水模式”，在助力丽水市经济发展中起到了关键作用。但在丽水农村电子商务发展中，仍存在一些问题。丽水市政府需在优化政府治理模式、健全服务型政府建设等方面，充分发挥政府引领的作用，全方位提升公共服务效能，推动丽水农村电商实现高质量发展。The booming rise of rural e-commerce has prompted the traditional rural industry model to shift towards digitalization, providing a new way to solve the “three rural issues”. In order to promote the development of rural e-commerce, various policies have been implemented around the promotion of rural e-commerce, creating a favorable policy atmosphere and market opportunities for the development of rural e-commerce, and effectively promoting the steady and sustainable development of rural e-commerce. The Lishui Municipal Government has always attached great importance to the development of rural e-commerce, and has taken a series of measures such as policy support and complete infrastructure to promote the development of rural e-commerce. Lishui’s rural e-commerce has also built a nationally renowned “Lishui Model”, playing a key role in supporting the economic development of Lishui City. However, in the development of rural e-commerce in Lishui, there are still some problems in the performance of government departments. The Lishui Municipal Government needs to fully leverage its leading role in optimizing government governance models and improving the construction of a service-oriented government, comprehensively enhance public service efficiency, and promote high-quality development of rural e-commerce in Lishui.
