Construction and Research on the Teacher Evaluation System of Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era—Taking Heilongjiang Agricultural Economy Vocational College as an Example

在职业教育改革持续深化的背景下，构建科学合理的教师评价体系是高职院校提升教育质量、落实立德树人根本任务的关键举措。本文以黑龙江农业经济职业学院(以下简称“龙农经”)为例，深入剖析其教师评价体系的改革实践，总结经验成效，为新时代高职院校教师评价改革提供参考借鉴。In the context of the continuous deepening of vocational education reform, building a scientific and reasonable teacher evaluation system is a key measure for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of education and implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral integrity. This paper takes Heilongjiang Agricultural Economy Vocational College (hereinafter referred to as “Longnongjing”) as an example to deeply analyze the reform practice of its teacher evaluation system, summarize the experience and results, and provide reference for the reform of teacher evaluation in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
