Professor Meiyu Yao’s Experience in Treating Adolescent Abnormal Uterine Bleeding from the Perspective of Liver, Kidney, and Spleen

青春期异常子宫出血是青春期女性较为常见的疾病，属于中医的“崩漏”范畴。姚美玉教授认为治疗该病应从肝肾脾三脏论治，在遵循“治崩三法”的基础上，以疏肝补肾健脾为主要治疗原则，临床疗效确切。Adolescent abnormal uterine bleeding is a relatively common disease in adolescent girls, which belongs to the category of “metrorrhagia and metrostaxis” in traditional Chinese medicine. Professor Yao Meiyu believes that the treatment of this disease should be based on the perspective of the liver, kidney, and spleen. On the basis of adhering to the “three methods of treating metrorrhagia and metrostaxis”, the main treatment principle is to soothe the liver, tonify the kidney, and invigorate the spleen, with definite clinical efficacy.
