ECOLOGICAL AND HYGIENIC ASSESSMENT OF THERMAL PROCESSING METHOD OF ANIMAL BY-PRODUCTS (MESSAGE 1)
The article presents the results of agrochemical studies of animal by-products (manure) before and after heat treatment in a drying unit. The nature of changes in the chemical composition of manure depending on the drying temperature is shown. It was found that the concentration of nutrients in dry manure is higher than in wet manure and, according to its chemical properties, is a valuable organic fertilizer.
