COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT OF DISINFECTANT ACTIVITY BACTERICIDAL AEROSOL BOMBS «FUMAGRI OPP» AND «DIXAM» IN LABORATORY CONDITIONS

The article presents the results of studies on the disinfectant activity of the thermal sublimation aerosol checkers “Fumagri Opp” and “Dixam”. It was found that when burning one bomb of “Fumagri Opp” in a chamber with a volume of 30 m3, E. coli bacteria are partially inactivated in 24 hours. The growth of S. aureus, strain 209-P under the same conditions stopped on all surfaces except concrete. The use of a «Dixam» bomb with a given iodine concentration of 400 mg/m3 in a chamber with a volume of 30 m3 and an exposure of 3 hours did not stop the growth of E. coli and S. aureus bacteria on all test surfaces.
