ANALYSIS OF METHODS FOR DETERMINING RESIDUAL QUANTITIES OF VETERINARY DRUGS IN FOOD PRODUCTS OF ANIMAL ORIGIN
The article presents the maximum permissible levels of veterinary drugs in unprocessed raw materials of animal origin and presents a comparative analysis of methods for their determination in food products of animal origin, which allow an objective assessment of their effectiveness in studying the quality and safety of products.
