INVESTIGATION EFFECT ANTIBACTERIAL DRUGS ON THE FORMATION OF BIOFILMS SALMONELLA ISOLATED FROM FOOD RAW MATERIALS
The article presents data on microbiological contamination of food raw materials by pathogenic bacteria. The data of a comparative assessment of diagnostic media and test systems for the identification and differentiation of similar bacterial species are presented. Differences in microbiological parameters have been established, effective methods for studying sensitivity to antibacterial drugs have been tested and selected. The results of studies on the effect of antibacterial drugs on the growth and population variability of salmonella are analyzed. The sensitivity of gram-negative bacteria to antibacterial drugs of different groups allows us to investigate «the Hexa G-minus 23» test system. Antibacterial discs containing combinations of several drugs make it possible to study the production of broad-spectrum beta-lactamases. The use of the “E-test” system makes it possible to identify the values of the minimum inhibitory concentration of ampicillin; tobramycin; gentamicin; ciprofloxacin; amoxiclav–ceftazidime. With a representative sample of a reliable frequency of occurrence – ≥ 90% of the field of view of an optical microscope, general patterns of population immobilization of the architectonics of a mature three-dimensional biofilm mediated by a special form of intercellular communication “Quorum sensing” were revealed. The frequency of occurrence of clusters of microorganisms united by an intercellular matrix significantly decreased when exposed to antibacterial drugs.
