A NEW SCREENING METHOD FOR DETECTING DIOXINS AND DIOXIN-LIKE COMPOUNDS IN MEAT
In recent decades, science has increasingly been searching of methods for detecting dioxins and dioxin-like compounds in various biological objects and feeds. Such methods should not only be highly sensitive, but also selective due to the presence of a large isomeric and homologous range of dioxins and dioxin-like compounds. There is also a problem of isolation of dioxins and dioxin-like compounds from multicomponent mixtures, in which all these compounds enter the environment. This article proposes a new ELISA screening method for detecting dioxins and dioxin-like compounds in veterinary surveillance facilities (meat) using the In®DIOXIN/FURAN Ingvar test system.
