Monitoring and evaluation of the development of the Krasnodar Region viticulture industry
This article discusses the need to monitor and evaluate the development of the agro-industrial sector of the Krasnodar Territory. Key problems of the agro-industrial complex are identified, the relationship between current barriers and the level of food security is established. The structure of exports of agricultural goods of the Russian Federation to foreign countries is analyzed, the dynamics of sown areas of vineyards in the Krasnodar Territory is considered. Particular attention is paid to the viticulture industry as one of the key areas of agriculture in the region. The dynamics of gross harvest and yield in the Krasnodar Territory are analyzed, and the production structure is disclosed. The main factors hindering the growth of the industry are identified, such as an unstable refinancing rate, fairly high lending rates, the loss of a dense network of distribution channels in other countries, significantly high cost of imported seeds and fertilizers and growing inflation. Based on the analysis, measures are proposed to improve the current situation in the industry both at the regional and local levels. As practically applicable recommendations, we have developed and proposed an investment project for the production of still wines in Fanagoria Agro LLC, the purpose of which is to increase production volumes and sales of products. The investment project includes retraining of personnel based on the program “Modern Methods of Work in the Viticulture and Winemaking Industry”, as well as studying by personnel the procedure and nuances of applying the law “On Viticulture and Winemaking in the Russian Federation”. In conclusion of the article, we present conclusions that confirm the need for a comprehensive approach to the development of the viticulture industry in the Krasnodar Territory.
