MÉTODO ADC-CIF SCORE: MÉDIA PONDERADA PARA APURAÇÃO DE DANO CORPORAL BASEADA NA CIF
This article presents the BDA-ICF Score Method (Body Damage Assessment - International Classification of Functioning Score), a system for assessing bodily damage based entirely on the chapters of the "body functions" and "body structures" domains of the World Health Organization's (WHO) International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (ICF). This method was developed by weighting all ICF chapters, considering real epidemiological data on health problems in the Brazilian and global populations, as well as the percentage usability of all human movement patterns, based on updated scientific evidence. The BDA-ICF Score represents a significant advance over traditional assessment methods (tables and scales), offering a more scientific, comprehensive approach that aligns with international standards established by the WHO. The Method overcomes the limitations of conventional scales by incorporating a holistic view of the human body, focusing on human functioning. The results demonstrate that the BDA-ICF Score Method provides more accurate, up-to-date and scientifically based assessments, effectively representing the principles professed by the WHO in its ICF classification.
