Design and Implementation of a Secure Mobile Financial Payment System
As mobile financial transactions surge in volume, delivering a cost-effective and highly scalable payment system becomes crucial. This paper discusses the design and implementation of a secure mobile financial payment platform capable of handling over 70 million user transactions and processing up to 5000 transactions per second (TPS). The system leverages auto-scaling capabilities to ensure seamless performance under varying load conditions while maintaining cost efficiency. A multi-layered security approach is adopted to prevent fraud and protect user data, employing Web Application Firewalls (WAF), DNS security, and Anti-DDoS strategies to ensure strong defense against external threats. Additionally, secure software development practices and API security measures are integrated to protect data exchanges, while an Anti-bot mobile SDK is deployed to block automated attacks. The system's architecture is supported by a DevOps-driven platform engineering approach, enabling continuous security monitoring, rapid response to vulnerabilities, and seamless cloud-based scalability. This paper will delve into the technical design, cost-saving strategies, and security features that together form a resilient, scalable, and secure mobile financial payment system.
