AI technology has brought disruptive innovation for organization management while HRM has encountered challenges. However, HR practitioners have agreed that ethical issues are salient. This article collected feedback from high-tech organization middle-level managers to understand their ethical concerns of AI-HRM. We analyzed 17,000 words from transcripts and found general feelings toward AI-HRM are positive and neutral. We further found that responding ethical challenges, middle-level managers frequently discussed "change", "system", "company", "data", "problem" and so forth. The word frequence might reflect their current mindset regarding AI ethical challenges in the HRM field. Furthermore, we categorize six themes generated by transcripts. These themes represent clusters of ethical concerns regarding AI HRM. The present study contributes to investigating middle-level managers’ perceptions of AI acceptance from an ethical concern perspective.
