AI-Driven Chronic Disease Management: Real-Time Machine Learning Solutions for Diabetes, Hypertension, and Asthma

Because they require ongoing care and are chronic in nature, conditions including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma present serious obstacles to international healthcare systems. Recent developments in machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) have created new avenues for tackling these issues through personalized intervention, prediction, and real-time monitoring. With an emphasis on their capacity to handle real-time data from wearable technology, electronic medical records, and mobile applications, this study investigates the function of AI-driven systems in the management of chronic diseases. Predictive modeling for early intervention, tailored therapy recommendations, and patient adherence monitoring are important topics of conversation. Additionally, case studies showing the effective use of machine learning algorithms in the treatment of diabetes, hypertension, and asthma are examined in the article. Lastly, it discusses the difficulties with implementation, technology, and ethics related to implementing these systems in medical environments, providing information about potential avenues for further study.
