Leveraging AI For Enhancing Income Stability, Financial Inclusion And Job Quality In Freelance Marketplace: Ensuring Sustainable Future For Underserved Communities

The study explores the effects of using AI for income steadiness, financial access, and employment in the freelance platforms, in regard to SDG 1, 4, 8, and 9. Cross sectional data with 157 freelancers was used, and the results analyzed with the help of Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). According to the analysis performed, there is a positive direct effect of AI on all the dependent variables where both path coefficients indicate high levels of contribution and predictive values. The paper stresses on that AI is likely to minimize income fluctuations, increase the access to credit facilities and advance employees’ satisfaction with their occupations. The limitations are purposive sampling and self-reported data and need for longitudinal and contextual research.
