Determination of indicators of the quality of transport services for users of means of individual mobility using the example of a medium-sized city

Introduction. The development of technology and innovative transport modes such as electric scooters, unicycles, and e-bikes is shaping new forms of urban mobility. Purpose of the research. The study aims to investigate quality criteria for transport service organization focused on individual mobility devices. Materials and Methods. The research involved forming a nomenclature of quality indicators and conducting a sociological survey among users to determine evaluation criteria, their ranking, and weighting coefficients. Results. The study identified key criteria for assessing transport service quality and developed a multifactor model to determine the comfort level of individual mobility device users. Discussion. The proposed approach enables an evidence-based assessment of transport service quality tailored to the needs of individual mobility users, facilitating adaptation of street and road network elements. Conclusion. The results provide a scientific basis for improving urban infrastructure planning in medium-sized cities to enhance service quality and safety for users of innovative transport modes. Resume. The research contributes to understanding and evaluating the quality of transport services for emerging urban mobility solutions. Suggestions for practical applications and directions for future research. The findings can inform infrastructure modernization efforts and guide further studies on integrating new mobility modes into urban transport systems.
