Substantiation of technological schemes of drilling auger mining of anthropogenic deposits

Introduction. In Russia, screw drilling machines and installations are used for operation in various mining and geological conditions, including during the excavation of short-circuit reserves of coal deposits, as well as reserves of tailings storage facilities for mining and processing of mineral raw materials. The improvement reducing losses in inter-well shafts. During the extraction of man-made deposits, the destruction of interwell pillars under the influence of rock pressure is technologically determined to control the displacement of the dump surface and increase the productivity of drilling. The purpose of the article is the geomechanical substantiation of the effectiveness of technological schemes and parameters of borehole mining, including manmade deposits of coal mines. Research methods: Generalization of theory and practice, systematization and analysis of research results, field and laboratory experiments, modeling, engineering forecasting. Results. The experience of using borehole excavation in the development of solid mineral deposits is summarized, detailing the technology of mining tailings reserves and processing storage facilities. It has been established that the borehole excavation is characterized by increased losses due to the need to leave inter-well pillars to prevent the collapse of wells and clamping of drilling tools. It is determined that during the development of a manmade deposit, the destruction of inter-well pillars is technologically conditioned for the consistent excavation of reserves, control of surface displacement and ensuring the productivity of the borehole excavation. A graph is proposed for determining the width of the inter-well sights. The scheme of development of field sites with special conditions of formation is detailed. Conclusions. It is proved that the use of patterns of changes in the parameters of the pillars from the stressed state obtained as a result of studies of the state of the array and the processes of borehole excavation makes it possible to optimize the schemes of borehole excavation. The recommendations of the article may be in demand when modernizing production at existing enterprises and designing new enterprises developing the birthplace of technologically exposed ores, as well as when training mining specialists in the extractive industries of the national economy.
