Hard Antireflection Coatings for Consumer Electronics

This paper presents a hard antireflection (AR) coating design using a "fence" optical method to meet the growing demands for durable coatings in consumer electronics. The design optimizes the refractive index distribution, achieving less than 1.0% average reflectance in the 400-700 nm range and a maximum hardness exceeding 15 GPa.

Abstract

This paper presents a hard antireflection (AR) coating design using a "fence" optical method to meet the growing demands for durable coatings in consumer electronics. The design optimizes the refractive index distribution, achieving less than 1.0% average reflectance in the 400-700 nm range and a maximum hardness exceeding 15 GPa.
