Efficient Manufacturing of Quantized Nanolaminate Multilayer Coatings

Quantized nanolaminates (QNL) are efficiently manufactured and incorporated in multilayer designs using magnetron sputtering. In a comparison, fs-LIDT testing shows excellent performance of mirrors containing QNL, exceeding the values of designs composed of standard materials.
