Hybrid deposited with E-gun evaporation and RF magnetron sputtering of molybdenum trioxide doped titanium dioxide for electrochromic device
Molybdenum oxide (MoO 3 ) films were prepared with electron-gun evaporation and nickel oxide (NiO) as an auxiliary electrochromic layer. Titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) was doped to MoO 3 using radio frequency (RF) sputtering for ITO/MoO 3 :TiO 2 /(LiClO 4 +PC)+PMMA/NiO/ITO complementary electrochromic devices.
