Two-stage thermal chemical vapor deposition preparation of 2D MoS2 modified ZnO/Cu2O sensing electrode

Two-dimensional layered molybdenum disulfide (MoS 2 ) was fabricated with two-step thermal chemical vapor deposition (CVD) modified Cu 2 O/ZnO NRs composite electrodes on Ex-ITO. This energy gap of n-MoS 2 can match n-Zn NRs to increase the sensing intensity.

Abstract

Two-dimensional layered molybdenum disulfide (MoS 2 ) was fabricated with two-step thermal chemical vapor deposition (CVD) modified Cu 2 O/ZnO NRs composite electrodes on Ex-ITO. This energy gap of n-MoS 2 can match n-Zn NRs to increase the sensing intensity.
