Detection and resolution of sub-millimolar concentration amino acids on a benchtop NMR spectrometer by nh-PHIP hyperpolarization

Parahydrogen based nh-PHIP hyperpolarization is used to circumvent the sensitivity and resolution limitations of affordable benchtop spectrometers, allowing the detection and resolution of a mixture of dilute amino acids using an 80 MHz instrument.
