ASSESSMENT OF THE QUALITY OF MEAT PRODUCTS FROM MEAT POULTRY FEEDING USING MINERAL ADDITIVES

The article presents the results of a study of the quality of chopped semi-finished products produced on the basis of chicken meat grown using zeolites in the feeding diet. Bashkortostan has sufficient deposits of zeolites, humic compounds, piloids and other sources of mineral and biologically active substances. It is proved that zeolites do not have a toxic effect on live biotest cultures of infusoria and, accordingly, are safe when used as a food supplement in the diet of poultry feeding. It is also proved that meat products made from such meat raw materials are safe, have good organoleptic indicators, indicators of biological value, digestibility and preservation and are not inferior in these indicators to the products of the control group.
