Development of Tourism Festivals in the Context of Rural Revitalization—A Case Study of “Longan Festival” and “Pomelo Festival” in Huanjiang Village, Liuzhou

乡村振兴战略正逐渐成为新时代农村发展的核心命题。节日作为文化传播的载体，承载着民族精神和地域特色，如何在乡村振兴战略中发挥其独特作用，成为当下的热门话题。柳州市环江村抓住发展机遇、紧扣时代脉搏，在区委、区政府的指导下大力发展乡村旅游业。因地制宜打造特色农产品节日，不仅吸引了众多外地游客，而且提升了当地村民的收入。通过数十年的发展，环江村从一个落后的山村变成一个屡获“全国百佳乡村旅游目的地”、“自治区五星级乡村旅游区”、柳州市“十大美丽乡村”等殊荣的“示范村屯”。通过参与观察、实地走访和查阅文献等方法，笔者发现环江村的蜕变之路具有独特的地理位置、政府的大力扶持、深厚的教育底蕴等优势，但还存在着节庆旅游发展水平偏低，综合效益不高、宣传推广不足，节庆旅游规模小、对文化的开发程度不足等问题。针对这些问题提出了相关建议，期望新兴特色节日能为促进乡村振兴提供参考。The strategy of rural revitalization is gradually becoming the core proposition of rural development in the new era. As a carrier of cultural dissemination, festivals carry national spirit and regional characteristics. How to play their unique role in the rural revitalization strategy has become a hot topic at present. Huanjiang Village in Liuzhou City seizes the development opportunity and closely follows the pulse of the times, vigorously developing rural tourism under the guidance of the district committee and government. Creating characteristic agricultural product festivals tailored to local conditions has not only attracted numerous tourists from other regions, but also increased the income of local villagers. Through decades of development, Huanjiang Village has transformed from a backward mountain village into a “demonstration village” that has won numerous awards such as “National Top 100 Rural Tourism Destination”, “Autonomous Region Five Star Rural Tourism Area”, and “Top 10 Beautiful Villages” in Liuzhou City. Through methods such as observation, on-site visits, and literature review, the author found that in addition to its unique geographical location, strong government support, and profound educational background, the transformation path of Huanjiang Village also has a low level of festival tourism development and low comprehensive benefits, insufficient publicity and promotion, and small scale of festival tourism, insufficient development of culture and other issues. Suggestions have been put forward to address these issues, hoping that emerging characteristic festivals can provide a reference for promoting rural revitalization.
